    yesterday, due to circumstances beyond my control, i had to remove my pork shoulder from the smoker before it was done.  i wrapped it in plastic wrap and refrigerated it cause i didn't know how long i would be gone.  can i restart the fire and finish the shoulder or is it a lost hope?
