Hello from Willow Grove, PA ( just North of Philly). I'm recently retired and I have a Masterbuilt electric smoker, 5 racks, with electronics that control temp, time and probe temp. I just used it for the 1st time this past weekend. Smoked a 4 lb. pork loin roast @220- it was at 170 in 2.5...- richie tunes
