Thank you all for the help and suggestions. I've done all of them - this morning I turned the Mav on...and low and behold, all is well. Not sure what was wrong, but it's working now.

I received my new Maverick 732 on Thursday (Thanks Todd for the great service)..used it Friday - no problems other than trying to set it up (I'm a moron with gadgets) -
Today, I got my MES going and tried to set up the Maverick - The receiver set up ok, got my food hi's and low's set - same...
Following up on my reverse sear - I followed S2K9K and Chef Jimmy's advice on temps, time, final grill sear and seasoning. They turned out very good - I think that I should have kept them on the grill for just a minute longer - all in all very good, tender (not as much as I would have wanted)...
Perfect - I'll follow your directions exactly. The T-bone looked to be perfect. I'll post pic tomorrow night - success or failure (hope not).
