    Hey All, Well I am new here and new to smoking.. I purchased a WSM 18 and also started to read "Low and Slow by Gary Wiviott.. I also took the 5 step course offered here by Jeff.. Well I started with the 1st recipe in the Low & Slow book and it was ok,. The chicken had a good taste (smoke)...

    Low & Slow - Gary Wiviott

    I too actually.. just bought the book at the same time as purchasing my new WSM 18.. which I can't wait to use.. I have read through the first chapter and have really enjoyed it so far.. I have no other similar books for comparison but it seems like a good read..
