It is indeed Marjoram. I have some old Polish cookbooks and all the fresh kielbasa recipes call for garlic and most for Marjoram.
Make sure to mix ingredients well and go a little heavier on the garlic. After stuffing it tends to mellow and if frozen it will slowly loose some of the garlic...
