    Knife sharpener

    I use the Wicked Edge Knife Sharpening System.  It is on the expensive side but man, talk about sharp knives and a fool proof system to get them that way.  Check it out!

    Lets talk cutting boards

    IMO- I use wooden cutting boards for veggies only.  Plastic for all others.  Blue for seafood, Red for beef, White for poultry.  Sounds anal I know, but it's the way I was taught!

    I keep 4 woods on hand at all times, using one or a mixture when smoking certain things.  Apple, Hickory, Oak and Peach.  I have to order the apple and peach online but with free shipping you can't beat it!!!

    Willy- one of the best gifts I have ever received was a book on grilling/BBQ.  It is The Cook's Illustrated Guide to Grilling and Barbecue.  This is a wonderful hardcover book and taught me a lot when I first got my Weber.  Check it out, well worth the money!
