hello, i am putting together a smoker (electric) out of a manitowoc freezer. my concern is that it appears to have a rigid type of insulation. anyone have experience with this insulation before? will it work for 250 degrees or so? it is all stainless steel and looks pretty stout. thanks ,ed
Been using the a maze smoke maker for a long time and it works great. I even use it in my cookshack.it works far better than the cookshacks method of making smoke.
