Been learning to make pizzas and baked some cinnamon rolls once . The Santa maria grill is awesome! Gonna use that smoker this weekend for thee 4th hopefully I get some good airflow through it.
This build took me about 2 years to complete. Had to make various modifications to the pizza oven. The smoker is pretty much a simple off set idea but with brick. Thought I would add to the brick smoker section for some more ideas.
Here is something I just finished building. Maybe this can give you some ideas. You can throw the pizza oven to the left side of the smoker and maybe a fire pit to the left of the pizza setup.
