This is what I was looking for. It has a 2" clearance all the way around. I've had a regular Trailmaster and the basket I had made was too large and it burned out the firebox a little too quick. This is 10x14x7 inches. Perfecto.
This looks cool but how does the chimney draw? It looks too low to me. Also, I think if you leave a couple of inches open above the "heat deflector" it will be less sooty.

I have the charcoal basket but always put one log on top. I have the plate with a 45 degree bend in one end and find that if I have the vents opened all the way it will get to 500.
Oh, so it covers the top of the firebox opening completely. I'm going to a welding shop tomorrow and get the basket and plate. The top of the 45 should be above the top of the firebox hole, right?
