Reverse Seared Prime NY w/Crawfish Cream Sauce!
I bought those same NY Strips a Costco Sunday, and did the reverse sear, smoking a little then seared them on my Primo ceramic. I did baked potatoes in my Instant Pot but I wish I would have seen this post earlier cuz a crawfish sauce would have been great!!- smokemeister
