    That's some awesome looking chuck! I have one on the smoker right now. It will come off at 200 degrees internal. I'm keeping the temp down to 230 . After injecting and letting it rest in the fridge for 4 hours, then coated nicely with a honey rub, this should be super tasty and juicy. I'll post...
