    Hello everyone...new to the forum.

    Thanks for the comments everyone.  Went out on Sunday and bought a MES 40 at Sam's.  Seasoned it yesterday, and guess I could not wait to try it out.  Made some moinks yesterday, and they came out great.  My amazen smoker should be here tomorrow, but today I am doing a london broil.  Thursday...
