Finially got it back home. All painted and ready to smoke. I got some pork ribs, loin, and Butt for Thursday. Also a whole chicken. Can't wait.
Sorry those pictures were not in order but I got a lot done today. I went in to work on my day off to get some things done to the smoker. I got support added to the inside door on the firebox. I installed the lower rack and sides. I changed how my plans on the drain and ran it out the back to...
I also need to seal around the door and maybe up size the door on the fire box to 1/4 in plate. Also need a damper on the chimney. I want to smoke some meat for the employees next week for a Christmas party. It seemed to keep nice heat from side to side. I'll post some pics of the smoked food...
