    Brine Help?

    Got 4 chickens in apple cider and kosher salt brine for about an hour now and I have been called to the hospital. I was going to brine for about 4 to 5 hours, but I could be at the hospital for about 8 to 10.  Any suggestions on what to do?  I have to leave in 2 hours and won't be able to start...
