hello everyone , im new here and new to smoking meat.. if i could get a little help it would be greatly appreaciated, i recently bought the big chief electric smoker from walmart, i have plenty of fresh caught salmon and figured id try smoking.. what is the interval for adding the wood chips...- salmoncatcher
