challenges with Brinkmann Square vertical smoker
I purchased 1/4 inch fiberglass gaskets that use a screw driver to push into the spaces around the doors. That plus a slotted charcoal pan have made my Brinkman a dream. I load the charcoal pan with hot coals that last an hour. Each hour I add water and replenish the charcoal. I smoke Boston...- shoe
