My annual turkey day question
Seems every year I'm on here asking a question around this time. I really appreciate the help I get. So this year I have a 20 lb bird that I already brined and I'm gonna smoke tomorrow but it is a big bird and my dad wants traditional crispy skin. weber brinkman hybrid has it been done
I just started smoking when I got a brinkman for free after the first smoke I did the norm upgrades but after doing spare ribs.
