noobie to sausage making
I grew up on the Mississippi and one of the old commercial fishermen in McGregor used to make fish sausage, but that was about 50-60 years ago. I did find a recipe for salmon sausage here: http://thespicysausage.com/sausagemakingrecipes.htm#fishsausage. Might try some this weekend.
