Smoked a nice turkey today that we will have for Easter. I used the slaughterhouse injection and with the cider it keeps a nice fruit taste... So what I'm after now is an idea for a sweet sauce or gravy recipe that would continue the flavouring. Any ideas? I was even thinking maybe a sweet&sour...
Well I thought I would treat myself and order a Horizon 20" convection plate and give that a try but I'm up in Canada and I cant get one shipped up here! Does anyone know what diameter holes they use? If I had that info I would make my own.
