I spent a lot of time in Hell when I lived downstate (Mason, south of Lansing). It was a bike trip every year and the place to take visitors from out of town.

Most everyone around here has a connection to the mine or the paper mill. Sad times for both. Hurley has the best Italian Restaurant ever-The Liberty Bell.
