Hi all!!! Just joined to see if I can do some learnin'. Been smokin and grillin for about 5 years now and gonna try to improve and refine my product. I am smokin on a "Smoky mountain LP gas unit" and grillin on an old Weber Genisis (Red) or a back-up Weber kettle (Avocado).
