    Thanks, glad to be here. I have to say my WSM has made smoking much more enjoyable then the chargriller duo ever was. Just unfoiled the ribs and they are amzaing, just finishing the last 30 mins now to crisp them a bit then the wife kids and I are going to eat like kings :)

    I am somewhere between just getting started and a seasoned novice My gear right now is a char griller offset with mods "it's about to go in the trash" and be replaced with a old country 20" I'm in Fate Texas just east of Rockwall
