    I just found some on ebay. I ordered the 3/8 inch and it was .99 cents a foot 1/2 inch was 1.25. not sure about 3/4 but all you need to do is tell them how many feet you need and you will get it all in one piece.

    As far as I am concerned brining a Turk is a must. I did mess up the last one I did by not cutting back on the salt when I mad my brine because the Turkey was already flavor enhanced.It turned out just a little on the salty side.
