hi all I made a big batch of beef jerky.My wife put it in zip lock bags. In 2 days it molded badly and I had to through it all out. How do you store it safetly?
Well I'm on my way to a smokey future. This week end I smoked 16 chicken breasts. 5 lbs of onion and pepper sauage. A bag of meatballs. 2 jimmy deans breakfast sausage rolls. and my family and a few friends ate every thing up no left overs. Thanks for all your help and the smoke classes.
hi all new guy, just built my first smoker. I'm using electric style for my 1st try. Is there any one that has smoked fish, IE. grouper, sea bass, red fish etc. Or should I start with something else that is easy to start with? Just looking for a bit of new guy help. thanks Lou
