hmmmm good point-I'll go outside in a few and see if it says what kind it is. It's NOT round I do know-it's a tall upright rectangular one w/ a swinging door on it...

Thanks guys! Do you know if thermometers,gloves (-does he really need those?) rib racks and those claws are available at retail stores and if so-which ones have you seen them at? Also wood chips-I suppose I should get some of those as well? I am at home w/ 2 little ones and recovering from...

Hi there-I just acquired (for free!) a Brinkman smoker for my husband and was looking for some ideas for what to get him accessory-wise for his birthday...I'd like to get things that he's really NEED not just "stuff" you know? Thanks so much for any ideas!! Amanda
