    Hi I'm Keith from SE Michigan. I've been getting the smoking newsletter for some time now and am just gettting into the forum. I mostly smoke fish because I do a lot of fishing. My favorite fish to smoke are steelhead & salmon. But I also love real smoked BBQ ribs, brisket and pork sholders...
