Did anyone see the bbq cookoff on the today show this morning. I want my brisket to look exactly like that. I've never managed to have juice just run out of mine. Anyone have any tips?

Hi, I'm a noob from VA. I have a Brinkman SnP.........I've done lots of brisket and butts in it. I just bought a perfect flame verticle gasser from Lowe's yesterday. Seasoned it this morning and gonna do some chicken in it. Hope it goes well.
