I don't have any pictures but I built one out of 3' pipe using electric motor and a gearbox out of an old roto tiller using pullys and belts to reduce speed before gearbox I will look and see if I can find some pictures

Nice looking roast Jeanie , I'll have to do up some moose and deer when the cold snap breaks ( -25c plus its been windy) but again thats some great looking eats!

Nice looking sausage , this fall I was thinking of trying some sausage making those slim jims and summer sausage look great . I would like to make some from my moose and deer meat . Would you be willing to share your recipe?
