i just signed up for the 5 day course now if i can just get my smoker hot enough , the gauge in the door only reads 175 and i have tryed vents open and closed and multipul combinations, i use a combination of charlco and wood chunks hickory today and after 6 hours still not done so now to finish...
i have always been into cooking on the grill and now iam getting into smoking and i just bought a binkmann square smoker and just learning how to use it and what rubs to use. any sugestions would be great.
