Hi all,
I'm sure it's been asked a million times but I did try searching around with no luck.
Can green wood (apple tree wood), be dried out using a 5 foot cooking chamber of a reverse flow, offset wood burner?
I have lots of green apple wood and none dry. I'd like to be able to cook this...
The post was accidental when I was trying to edit my original thread of my reverse flow. I tried deleting it when I realized what I did lol, sorry. Since I cannot delete it, I edited it to show the beer keg smoker I talked about in my original thread.
Edit* I have more progress of it since these pictures such as the rest of the rivets installed around the doors, gaskets and hold down door latches. Added an axe to my wood box for fun. I cut the blade out to look Viking style.
I tried deleting this post because it was a mistake when posting my other thread on my Reverse flow build. So since I can't, I'll edit this post to show my traditional offset keg build. This was my first build.
This smoker seen below was my 2nd one I built. My first build was a quick one, a two stainless beer keg offset. This 2nd build took me a lot longer because I wanted it looking nice. I only have 4 cooks under my belt, 2 on this one below and 2 on my beer keg smoker.
I took two 60g propane tanks...
