There are quite a lot of good Finnish foods, but the sausages generally suck. There has been a bit of a renaissance here lately, however, and sausages are looking better now.

I enjoy the Greek sausage from the island of Tinos (Tinos Sausage), which is very near to Italian Salsiccia (basically sausage that is heavy on fennel and red wine).

My wife and I like to make sausages at home as well as all sorts of other good food. We also like to make bread and I have recently been thinking to start dabbling into cheesemaking.
