    A quick and tasty brine!!!!

    I use a LAWRY'S  30 min marinade(but do it over night!!) I use Mesquite with lime juice marinade and it's great!!! I smoke between 185* and 200* and get an internal temp if 145* to !50*!!! When you start to eat it you can't stop!!!!!
