    Today I smoked the largest amount of food yet. And not to jynx it but it's going well. I put on a whole turkey breast, about 12 chicken thighs and 2 big butts. Turkey on top then chicken then butts at the bottom. I have a master built 30" vertical propane. And two thermopro wireless...
