    my fist two tries...

    ​First try chickens and sausage, second try brisket and turkey... ​not the final product on either one more like at half ways thru the smoke...anyway  here it goes...probably try pulled pork this weekend.  Keep in mind that these are my first and only two smokes any pointers are welcomed...
