Hi, I live in southern Mississauga and recently started curing and smoking my own bacon.
After using my propane BBQ as a smoker with limited success I now am about to use a cheap but effective charcoal smoker. As I live in a condo I have to avoid smoking out my neighbours.128512
Looks like a very informative site. We have a lot of good fishing round here so expect to get some salmon smoked in due course.
