    Hello, I'm in Rockwall, Tx just outside of Dallas. I have an opportunity to purchase a REAL smoker not some thin-metal horizontal cheap smoker/grill. So I'm sure I'll get lots of "help and ideas" on smokers, rubs, etc. I'll post in another different part to ask more questions. Ken
