If you haven't already mounted this, I'd urge a bit of caution. Not for any reasons discussed here, but TVs mounted above fireplaces typically result in very poor ergonomics for the viewer.
The ideal height for mounting a TV varies (here's way more information that you'd ever want on it), but...
Yeah, I’ve been happy with mine. I have a porter cable battery powered one as I am already on that battery system.
Make sure you use a dedicated masonry bit.
Back for another round. I cooked enough chicken for two dinners the other night -- it is nice to have a couple of nights of leftovers to not worry about cooking as much during the work week.
Anyway, last night did the same chicken but this time only with crema, onion/cilantro mix, cotija...
Yeah, normally on my carnitas tacos I do just carnitas, crema, onion/cilantro mix, and cotija cheese.
Think the pico + bell peppers together was what made it a little too much. One or the other probably would've been better, and honestly probably could've gotten by with neither of them.
When I first started with my Masterbuilt 1050 I always had an external probe in for this reason, but I've gotten lazy and have been relying only on the internal probe recently. I stopped because the internal was accurate - just because it was accurate then doesn't mean it's accurate now.
Good...

But it won't break! And if it does they're very simple, the parts are replaceable. That's the beauty of the Moccamaster.
The Nespresso and its pods are the only pod-based system I think actually makes decent coffee. We have one at the office and it's really not bad in a pinch. I bring my...
This is objectively the best method, I just don’t have the patience die it before I’ve had my coffee 😅.
So I bought a moccamaster which is as close to pour over as it gets with a drip pot.
Nespresso is the only pod coffee or espresso I've had that actually tastes like the real thing. We have one at work, and every now and then I take a hit from it in the early afternoon. I bring my own coffee from home in the morning!
I love my blackstone. It's a true joy to cook on. I thought that novelty would wear off, but had it about a year now and still enjoy cooking up a storm just as much as the day I bought it.
Look forward to seeing some of your cooks!
