I experimented last weekend with one whole poblano (olive oil salt/pepper) on my applewood smoke of 25lbs of turkey/chicken spatchcocks and the pepper turned out very good.  approx. 1 hr 15 min at 185 F in the warming chamber of my offset smoker.
