Hay, concrete base down and got a few courses up. Using reclaimed clay brick and gonna line with inch fire bricks for extra toasty'ness. It's wether to get doors made first and fit with fire bricks or finish it then get doors made?? Prob gonna use coal and wood
Thanks for the warm welcome guys! Basically the wife wanted to buy a grill BBQ and I've convinced her that smoking and building it myself is best (fingers X) I'm off and running with the build and plan a small starter version, brick smoker, grill and side kitchen with roof. It may take some time...
