Everything in Minnesota seems to be expensive too. Although this week a local shop had tri-tip $6.49/lb. Cheapest grocery store is at about $9.99/lb and one (hy-vee) wants $14.00/l
This came out incredible. I'm going to try it again but brush it with a good sauce towards the end. As I stated earlier I couldn't try a lot with the people we were eating with.
My cousin and her daughters have dietary issues that allow me to use just salt and pepper. Some of us mixed the pork with a pineapple habanero bbq sauce. Wasn't crazy hot but too hot for some of the Minnesota grandmother's in attendance. Including my mother but the test of us liked it.

My biggest question here is WHY are they offering it? Seems like a good deal. Kinda like leasing a car. Get the newest model with the fanciest stuff every few years. This also assumes the company will be in business for at least 10-20 years. Plus pretty sure the small print some where says they...
