    Thanks guys. Looking forward to try a few new things. I want to build a cold smoker next. Have 3 deer hams soaking in brine going to get them done this weekend.

    Hey all, just joined your site.  I do a good bit of smoking, mostly blogna, sticks, jerkey, chicken, pigs, hams, etc. From Western PA, we do alot of wild meats(Whitetail).  here are a few pics of my smokers, also have  alittle electric, and love my Weber Kettle.
