I know several of you have messed up spines as well.

Dr said I was about 2 hours from dying. they put me on 100mg of Prednisone for 6 months and as a result I developed Spinal Epidural Lypomostasis (SP?) which means my entire spine is filled with a fatty material that combined...

    SEAFOOD Trifecta for Dinner!!!

As a New England lad I can sure appreciate the awesome looking plate especially considering that you are in Idaho. What a score on the shrimp. If you have a stainless steel fry pan of good quality try cooking your scallops in it, you will get a great sear on them.

    Recommend Outdoor Propane Fryer?

I used to have two Pitco Model 14 countertop units. Used ones can be found on various sites like Ebay or Craigs list. These are what restaurants use. I used to have a 4th of July party where EVERYTHING was fried. 30+ people and no problem cooking for the crowd. A bit over the top but we sure had...

    mandoline slicer

I have had a Benriner Japanese model for 15 yrs. I use it a lot. This is seen in most every commercial kitchen I have seen in person or on cooking shows. Notice that the blade is angled, this makes the cut a shearing action and the cut is easier than the ones where the blade is at 90 degrees to...

All in on All Clad. Use mine every day along with cast iron and carbon steel. Clean the All Clad with Bar Keepers Friend and they will look like new. Some of mine are 30 yrs old. I have many cast iron pans all but a few are dump or yard sale finds of Griswold or Wagner brands.

Looks like it was a 1000 gallon propane tank, the missing hemispherical ends make excellent fire pits.
