making disney turkey legs. Recipe says 1 tsp prague. prague jar says """do not use more than recommended"""""" and it says 1 tsp for 5# meat. I only have 2.4# should I cut entire recipe in half or just drop the prague amount....or not worry about it?

    which one?

I need an electric smoker for about $200. Evidently there are a thousand models (well, hundreds in that price range). I was recommended an MES gen 2 but that was $275....was hoping to get closer to $200...and not have a POS. Any other suggestions?

    Thinking of a new smoker

sorry if this is hijacking but I also want a smoker. I want a vertical, electric in the neighborhood of $200. I was about to walk out the door to pick up an MES 30" digital...until I read some awful reviews. So what say ye....if you had $200 for a smoker what would you buy?
