Adjusting Temp during smoking with the new MES 40" bluetooth.
Newbie doing first smoke. Does anybody have some experience adjusting the cooking temp during the smoke? I'm having a problem understanding how to do that - do you shut off altogether and try to start over? I can't tell whether or not you can just reset the temp or not. Need some immediate help...- five string
