Cuts for Brisket
Was reading on another forum that it's imperative not to use select cut for Brisket. Use choice or better or it will be too rough. I've noticed a lot of people buying their brisket at Wal Mart which at least in my area only sells select cuts. The problem is in my area its hard to get a choice...
