    Hello from Ohio, first-time smoker!

    I live in Central Ohio, and recently purchased a Pellet - pro CPG 629 from Smoke Daddy, Inc. I am planning on seasoning the smoker this weekend, does anyone have advice in terms of what kind of cooking spray/oil I should use? Thanks!
