    My first smoke. Go big or go home.

    I thought for my first smoke I'd do a simple pork loin. Next thing I know, I'm smoking a 11lb pork loin, whole onions, baked beans, homemade Mac n cheese and baked potatoes. Everything was delicious and the family loved it.
