Rec-Tec-ing in Las Vegas!
I got a Rec-Tec a few weeks ago. So far I love it. Super easy. Grates fit in the kitchen sink so cleanup is a breeze. So far we have smoked some ribs, salmon, linguica (Portuguese sausage) We also grilled a steak which turned out great, I just gotta get thru my head that it takes longer...- duane lamb
