Welded up a rack for the wood used some angle and some woven wire stainless, seems to do good kept fire bowl under it unmodified laying chunks on it seems to keep from burning too quickly and smokes fairly nice. The chunks was dry might try wet next time critiques and advice welcomed Later Taters
Hello y'all I'm Mike. First time poster long time lurker, have been attempting BBQ for a while. Presently I am using a Masterbilt 40" propane smoker that I'm working and experimenting with some mods I will post pics when finished. Next one is going to be a Lang or meadow creek.
