smoking turkeys in wsm 22.5
I have to smoke 5 turkeys ranging from 8 lbs to 14 lbs. I would like to use my wsm 22.5, my question, is this a possibility within a 4 hour time frame? Am I crazy or should also use my 22.5 grill? Any thoughts welcomed. Mike- buck3315
